Your sponsorship will go beyond meeting basic and educational needs. Your sponsorship will provide for a child’s spiritual and emotional needs by presenting the gospel and demonstrating God’s love.
Hopeson is a friendly young boy who lives with his mother, three brothers, and sister in a small village outside of Lilongwe, Malawi. Sadly, his father deserted the family, and although his mother does her best to provide for the family, she has no reliable source of income and struggles to get by. Hopeson suffers from cerebral palsy, and speech difficulties. ChildCARE Plus has partnered with Children Of Blessing Trust to provide vulnerable children like Hopeson with access to medical attention, nutritious food, and quality education.
Through ChildCARE Plus sponsorship and the COBT program, Hopeson will have access to the medical care and therapy classes that he needs to gain physical strength and mobility. Education for children with specialized needs is a great privilege in Malawi, as most schools do not have the resources to accommodate them. Hopeson likes to play with friends, and blue is his favourite colour.
